TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERING INFORMATION
We're operating on first-come-first serve basis.
Simply fill up the order form on the site itself,
we do not entertain orders made via comment/email.
Please be 100% confirmed before submitting the order form.
Invoice will be sent within 24hours of submission, please check your junk/spam folder
if you do not receive from us.
If you item is all pending/sold, we will take up to 48 hours to get back
to you as we'd have to check for restocks/backorder.
Buyers who do not make payment after 3rd reminder will be deemed as deadbuyer.
And those who submitted order forms and back out from it will also be blacklisted.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU'VE RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM US.
Please note that all ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt for verification purposes.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Items will be mailed within 2-4 working days after verification of payment.
You'd receive a shipment notification once your order has been mailed.
All packages are shipped out via Singapore Post Office via normal or registered mail.
Normal postage takes 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to deliver.
AshInCans will not be liable of lost mails via normal postage. hence we strongly advise to opt for Registered postage.

Normal Postage S$1.50 – 1 item, $0.50 additional for every additional item.
Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs.
Tracking number for Registered Postage will only be provided upon request.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Discrepancy of  measurements between 0.5 - 1" in our given measurements shall not be considered a defect.
We do not offer returns or refunds due to sizing issues, so please check the measurements clearly
before submitting order forms.
All exchanges must be made within 14 days from purchase date.
Please provide us with snapshot regarding the defects.
Do note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
We do not do refunds unless we are out of stock for the item.
Items must be in unwashed condition to be eligible for exchange.


WE ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL NOW FOR OVERSEAS BUYER!

AND I'D EMPHASIZE STRONGLY THAT WE DO NOT DO REFUNDS 
UNLESS WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE STOCKS FOR THE ITEMS.
